Our Cruise was everything we were expecting & more. Aside from one issue with a Excursion, which is being taken care of, we had the best time worh our group of 8.

Everyone was very friendly & helpful. It went smoothly.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We visited e every dining area on the ship, & had excellent service. The staff go above & beyond to ensure you leave with a smile. The Main Dining Room is phenomenal. Our waitress, Maribel, was the absolute best hands down. She knew our names & preferences by the end of the first night. Maribel & her team have put together a system that works to cover their tables in a timely manner. All questions were answered. We lo ed her so much, we requested her each night but 1, & didn't mind the extra wait due to her personable service.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
The pools are a little small for the amount of people. & some activities seemed a little short on time, which can make you feel like you're running to the next thing right after getting somewhere. But we enjoyed all of the offered activities. The comedy club is absolutely fantastic!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Everyone was good! The Comedian's were the best entertainment! Some of the DJ music in the club area could be a little updated to current club music. Main Dining Showtime, was great! We thoroughly enjoyed the performances!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Maribel & her team are a 10 star Team!! The entire Main Dining Staff are great! But I can't say enough about the service we received from Maribel. She really put the extra on top of a great trip for our group. Marc at Guest Services was a big help with our excursion issue. KC was great as Asst. Director on the ship. She was very personable & happily posed with us. Her commentary during the adult scavenger hunt & at comedy club were great! TJ did great at entertaining us as Cruise Director! Our Steward Joseph was fabulous in our room! His service was on point & he always had a smile for us. Our area was always welcoming upon our return & for that I'm super grateful! Tony & staff at the Red Frog are top notch! Both coffee shops remembered our preferences & always had a smile!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The staff worked very hard to keep all areas clean & presentable.

Cabin / Stateroom

Joseph did great on the cleanliness. The size was very nice. But the room stayed uncomfortably warm. Even after Joseph had Maintenance look to see if there was an issue. Our phone app said it stayed mid to higher 70s, which is warm at night. We kept our curtains closed & lights off to try to help. But it was still warm.

Ship tip

Keep a screenshot of the ship map on your phone to always know where your going.

Ports of call

Galveston, Texas

The area where you embark could work on traffic control. But we enjoyed the local shops & restaurants.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

We rented a Golf Cart from Mayahaul Golf Carts! They were great with directions, questions on where to go! The Krazy Lobster area on the beach was fun & not overly priced.

Belize City, Belize

We missed our Excursion, but loved the Port area. We had hair braids & Henna tattoos. Shopped for souvenirs. Everything was super clean.

Cozumel, Mexico

Favorite Port. Exactly what you would imagine from a dream beach vacation! Port was fantastic for shopping. We did Mr. Sanchos, &
