Review summary

The cruise went well other than kids in places they are not allowed and no one correcting this issue. I did notb bring my kids on this cruise for a reason and I did not want to have to deal with other peoples kids. Kids not being required to have 24 hour supervision is ridiculous. The service from Calvin, Regie and Yin in the Washington Dining room was absolutely the best service anyone could ask for. They work amazingly together and off superb customer service. The disembarkation was a disaster and horribly managed. I have never experienced anything so unorganized and unsupervised in my life.

This is an interesting statement. We are just off the Anthem and I had 9 separate individuals tell me how well behaved and considerate my 11 yr old daughter is. Some of the compliments were from people in the upper suites. We have been on a Carnival cruise and the unruly kids was why we changed our cruise preference to RCCL. My daughter falls into the home schooled category so not all kids, home schooled or even regular schooled, are wild and unruly.

We go in the off season for the same reason, less kids! Try your cruise during spring break or the summer. Then you will really know what a ship full of kids look like! Children during this time of year is nothing! Another cruise line may be best for you. There will ALWAYS be kids on a ship! (Unless it's an all adult cruise.) Good luck on your next trip.

I think her point was their are adult only areas and kids should not be there PERIOD. And the parents should know where their children are and make them abide by the rules

Carnival is a family-oriented Cruise Line we have Cruise the last three years and have brought our daughter with us at all times who is now 16 years old many times we are not with her on the ship but she was brought up to be very respectful we have been on cruises where the staff has come across unruly children and very quickly address the situation our daughter also looks forward to this vacation every year when we Cruise

Why doesn’t anyone ever say anything about the unruly kids and in areas they aren’t supposed to go. My kids are not coming and I can’t promise to not be rude to a child and tell them no or you are not allowed here.

They should allow for unruly kids to be placed in a dingy towed behind the ship.

Thanks for sharing! We always get faster to the Fun, which makes debarkation super quick and easy. It’s one of the reasons we enjoy carnival. Last time I cruised without FTTF debarkation took 3 hrs.

I agree some people bring their kids and forget them while on the ship. The kids run wild and do whatever they want no supervision at all. I now try to go while kids are in school. But now you have so many kids homeschool that you still end up with lots of kids. Holland America has lots less kids

That's why I go in December no kids or very few
