Review summary

It was a good time but be careful if you plan on bringing teens due to the drug use on board, I seen alo t of underage drinking with little security.

I found the lady running karaoke to be verbally abusive to the customers trying to have fun. Rolling her eyes, grabbing a drink from one's hand instead of just asking for It, told customers there was 2 doors if they wanted to leave and if you don't know the words..get off my stage. A lot of money was paid to have a good time and she needs a new job title.

Waited long periods of time for drinks, bar staff, especially deck 9 was the worse customer service. Day 2 had trouble with cards getting drink package, took a few hours to get it straight and when we finally did and went back to 9 he refused to help my daughter due to an error that was not our fault.
