Overall this was my best vacation ever. Everything is effortless and planned out for you. It is a great way to disconnect and actually enjoy yourself and loved ones. The food and entertainment is to die for. If you have the time talk to the staff because these people have some pretty neat stories about the ship and their lives. I can't wait to go on another cruise.
Embarkation

Embarking was better than what I expected. From parking my car to walking on the boat it took maybe 15 minutes. I was very excited how speedy the process was. Everyone that we encountered was very nice and took the extra time to give us first timers a few tips or more specific directions.

We really enjoyed the food. Dinner was amazing!!!!! There were a few items that we didn't like but overall the food was great. Guys Burger and the Seafood Shack we visited almost daily. Room service was actually pretty good as well. We didn't try the buffet but the items that we did see people eating looking just as good. We had the drink package. We received amazing bar service attending events and just hanging out in the lounge and bars. We had a few waiters that remembered our drinks and would keep the drinks coming every 5 minutes.
Onboard Activities

We went to karaoke almost every night. We also enjoyed some of the main shows and the comedy show. Some of the artist performing at the bars and other areas around the ship were really good. There literally was some type of show for everyone at least once during the cruise.

Service and Staff

The staff was amazing. We are a lesbian couple and never felt any negativity from any staff. Our room steward took amazingly great care of us. The few times that we needed something he was on it right away. He was very friendly and always would ask us how our day went when we saw him around the ship. Our dinner staff was great! Remembering our drinks and certain selections from previous days. They really made us feel special at dinner with our comfort and satisfaction always their main concern. Any and all staff we interacted with was very nice and attentive.
Ship Quality

Being our first cruise we spent most of our time on maybe 4 floors. We didn't get to explore as there was always something going on that we wanted to do. On our next cruise I will definitely spend some time just walking around and exploring more.
Cabin / Stateroom

We had a port hole room. It was just enough light to not feel closed in lol. We really were ever in the room to get ready or to sleep but the room was big enough and beds very comfortable!
Looooooooooooong pier lol but amazing people. We went to Yaya Beach. The ride there was a little bumpy but seeing the area firsthand was amazing. Very few people on the beach but we enjoyed ourselves. Next time we will get off the boat earlier as we were not in port very long.
I must admit I was nervous about visiting this port due to the reviews on here. However this was the best port for us. We took a city and rum factory tour. Our guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. No it doesn't have a beach on the actual island but learning about the history and culture was a one of a kind experience for us.
Went to Mr. Sanchos. There was plenty to do there. Tons of people. We got the romance package but didn't spend but maybe 40 minutes under our cabana. We enjoyed our massage and a fish pedicure. Everyone we talked to was very nice and talked about their life there. Would love to go again and have more time!
Disembarkation compared to embarkation was indeed a nightmare lol. I wasn't expecting the long lines and waiting. It seems that things would flow a lot better if there were more agents available. So overall this is the not so great part of the cruise but not that bad.
