Review summary

Over all we had a great time, stayed very full, had great drinks. We did have a security issue, next door got very drunk and were fighting. Took security a long time to get there and it was very disturbing, as they left them in their cabin with a guard outside.

Pools, hot tubs were pretty crowded during prime times. Serenity deck was a great option with no kids. Loved the upper decks.

It was beatuiful! But felt like Mr. Sancho was over rated. Service was slow. Had to go to the bar on multiple occasions for drinks. Food came cold. They did have lots of add on activities.

We did a beach excursion to Silcer beach. It was awesome! Not crowded, food quality was very fresh, drink were cold and pretty stout. We had a guide with us the whole day to make sure we were having a good time. They even brought drinks out into the water when we were lounging on a water trampoline. We actually liked this excursion better than cozemel at Mr. Sancho!
