Overall, our experience was great! We will cruise again. Cannot get over how nice and friendly everybody was. Would definitely recommend Carnival Valor to my friends and family.

Washington dining room was very nice. We also enjoyed the buffets too. Plenty of different choices to choose from.

Orlando did a great job in planning different activities. We especially liked the ice carving and the dancing by the pool.

We also enjoyed the comedy shows and the dance club too.

We sat at table 554. We had a great wait staff especially Rizky. He was always happy and smiling and took special time to get to know us and our like and dislikes. His head waiter Ricarte and the other waiter, Tolentino we extremely attentive and they all called us by name. By the time we left we felt like we had known them for a long time. Orlando was very nice also and tried to include everybody in the activities.

Very pleased and surprised with the size and comfort of our room.
Ship tip
Be prepared drink package does not start until the next day. I think it should start the first day to get your money's worth especially if you do an excursion both days and you don't really use your package. Other than that no other tips worth noting..
Very dirty. Did an excursion and the people and guides were great. The hotel for the beach we went to was very nice, food good and lots of drinks. Water not as pretty as Cozumel. Probably won't do a Progreso excursion again.
