Review summary

Sprung for balcany it was great. The a/c in room was poor. Next room was ice cold. They never fixed. Good thing i brought a fan with me. Only 1 outlet in room so bring a power strip. They always taking your picture for everything. Fun to see them and they are way too expensive. 15% gratuity on everything . Progresso went to small resort and got hounded by a dozen people selling stuff. Have to tell them NO about 20 times. Couldnt just sit and relax. Cozumel we rode atv's and needed a chiropractor afterwards as it was soo rough and bumpy. Food was great, staff was great. All 3 pools and 6 hot tubs full all time. Next time ill stay on ship when at port so i can relax and swim at my leasure. Next time ill save the money and just go for an inside cabin. Your only there to sleep and shower. We missed a few shows as my dining time was late. Overall i give an 8 out of 10.
