Review summary

This was our first time cruising and had mixed feelings because of reviews..however we absolutely LOVED it! Everyone crew member was very helpful. Our stewart who cleaned our room was named Leo on deck 11 he was such a sweetheart. He always made sure our room was clean and answered all my questions. We had a late dinner and our servers as well were great they made make sure the food was to our liking and if it wasn't they would get us anything else we wanted there was never no lack of beverages they were always there when you need it something so I want to thank Allwyn, Toro, and Artha for your great service. Overall there was a lot to do on the ship shopping, shows, trivia games, casino, food everywhere so there's always something to do. Cozumel was absolutely beautiful and would definitely go back again. Progreso Beach was nice however I would next time book an Excursion it's a little bit much to take in when you just go into town a lot of people just rushing up to you to purchase items its a poor city unfortunately so make sure you book an Excursion if you go to that port. Thank you again Carnival Valor for such wonderful hospitality!

Cabin fit me my husband a 10yr old and 13yr old fine. Balcony was beautiful. Sometimes in the morning you hear the crew moving chairs but overall it was a prettt quit area.
