Review summary
The casino was down the whole first night. Things felt rushed. Customer Service line were long all day long. I dealt with a customer service rep from Carnival cruise line that was very rude and unhelpful. I waited in line a hr and a half to get no help. My card would work at certain parts of the ship. Food selection were better on previous ships. For the trip to be shorten about four hrs I don't think the 15 dollars refund was sufficient. The ride from the bahamas was terrible for the first four hour.
