Review summary

I purchased 4 cartons of Kool Super Longs and the cigarettes are stale. I tried a pack from each carton. To whom should I contact? The cruise was absolutely lovely and like always, the rooms were always clean.

I slept so well in the total darkness. I was very well rested after a night on the extremely comfortable freshly made bed.

Ship tip

Please dress for dinner. So many ignore the rules. Tip your steward at least $20.00 on the first day as you may not see the steward on the morning of the departure from the ship.

Luckily I do not smoke but I did buy for friends when on MSC. No such problems with theirs..

Maybe just a bad batch? My husband has purchased cigarettes on all of our cruises and never ran into that problem. Sounds like you still had a great time!

As a fomer smoker, I know that taste from stale cigarettes

As a reformer smoker, if you stop smoking you'll never need to worry about getting stale cigarettes again.

4 cartons of smokes bought off a cruise ship and they were stale ok, That's a first maybe try Walmart or local smoke shop but cruise ship, I usually buy 3-7 days of fun in the sun and a good time but smokes ok , Thanks for the tip.
