We did not much like the Freeport area.  Still a lot of hurricane damage.  Just not a very pretty area.  Old and dirty.  The Hop On Hop off excursion was not  good.  4 stops and we did not bother to get off on 2 of the 4.  First stop was  the Perfume Market and was very sketchy.  Second stop was a sold as a 'wildlife' sanctuary/zoo.  The driver told us there was anything except raccoons and lizards.  Disappointing.  The beach area and downtown markets were OK. Freeport is not an island we would visit again.  Very depressed area.  In Nassau we opted for the Blue Lagoon Dolphin excursion and it was awesome.  Beautiful area.  Well worth the trip.  Downtown Nassau is OK.  Just a lot of junk shops dependent on cruise dollars.
