Review summary

Overall a great experience, but sadly the fact we were celebrating our honeymoon was swept under the rug by guest services. We were told we would have a special gesture one day/night, and when I brought this up to guest services on the last day I was ignored and shooed away to allow other guests to be helped. We watched a handful of people celebrating anything from a birthday to an anniversary receive recognition as well as special treatment. This was not the case for us, and made us feel like we weren't valued guests.

We were on the Victory last week for my husband's birthday and they gave him some gift cards a cake etc....

For our honeymoon they gave us a special dessert and sang happy honeymoon to you.. And everyone clapped. That was on the conquest

What type of recognition would you expect from a cruise liner with 2-3,000 people on board?! That seems a little narcissistic and self absorbed.
