My mistake for booking a trip in July. To busy with children on board. Kids running loose in hallways until early AM with out parent supervision. Even when we finally seen the parents there was still no control. A lot has changed since our last cruise. They used to carved fruits and vegetables and made the food look appealing. There wasn't this time and food looked bland and unappealing. No juices out all day. They cut juices off before 9AM and that wasn't even all the way through breakfast. All you had all day was lemonade and tea. Before you could get anything at anytime except for sodas and alcohol which needed to be purchased. Very limited.

Buffet food was mundane. Was not visually appealing. What happened to fruit carving and all the fun stuff being showcased. One night in open seating our wait staff was subpar. order a soda and took 45 minutes to come back and say they didn't have any. order different soda and took 20 minutes to get is. Ice had melted in glass and they pour soda over the melted ice water. They served me before my wife even finished her appetizer. Found hair in my food and wait staff was stacking food dishes on same tray as dirty dishes. worse service ever

Andreja, Randy, Murni. We had the pleasure of being seated in their area several times. They were outstanding. Best service, best personalities, best staff. We would reckon mend them every time. Open seating. We loved being in their care. Professional.

Seem tight but we got a balcony this time and that made everything great. Loved it, they cleaned our room constantly and our steward was a great guy. Love the animals.
Ship tip
If you sail and are an older couple, July would not be a good time to go. Parents were not controlling their children and they were running our halls at 2 AM. They did not listen to others asking them to stop running and making noise. Younger kids 5-8. Crew even asked them but no parents around.
We have cruised each month November thru February, not many kids, but we have our own 4 with us. Will be cruising with friends and our youngest on Valor June 2017. We shall see!! :)
We went in February and there were still kids running in the hallways all times of the day and night. Never got to step foot in the hot tub. They took it over.
