Review summary

long line to check in no one told us to have docs out when we got to door. man at door was grumpy. lady who checked us in was nice

daily program was unorganized had to find sailing times and evening dress code

cruise director was the worst i have had in 33 cruises

i was with my husband

food was not very good at all steak house for $35.00 was served room temperature. food in dining room had to be returned because it was so bad pizza and burgers on deck 9 were good

cruise director always made announcements twice because first one was always wrong, wrong sailing time, etc at one show she came out to mc injeans and t shirt no respect for evening show hardly ever saw her any place

Must be a fake report or maybe a real dummy as anyone on their second cruise would have the procedure down pat

Wow, you really should known the requirements before you got in line. We have always been instructed to have our papers ready for the staff.

Just returned from cruise on the valor. No negative for me. The cruise director was GREAT! Had a great 8 day cruise. And if you've sailed 33 times why didn't you do priority check in?
