long line to check in no one told us to have docs out when we got to door. man at door was grumpy. lady who checked us in was nice

daily program was unorganized had to find sailing times and evening dress code

cruise director was the worst i have had in 33 cruises

i was with my husband

cruise director always made announcements twice because first one was always wrong, wrong sailing time, etc at one show she came out to mc injeans and t shirt no respect for evening show hardly ever saw her any place

cabin and dining room staff were great
joseph, pramuan, murni at table 435 were great
Food and Dining
food was not very good at all steak house for $35.00 was served room temperature. food in dining room had to be returned because it was so bad pizza and burgers on deck 9 were good

went shopping right on pier and then went to margarettaville for snack and them swimming at beach right near ship
