Review summary

we have done plenty of cruises with CARNIVAL but this one was NOT up to par. Some Employees think we owe them. Restaurant waiter were not well trained, next course came when you were not even finished with the prior course. Food more or less pushed on the table. Food was partly far under Quality!! Shows 3rd ranking.

Guest service has a big "chip on the shoulder" they think you disturb them in their holiday mood! Shows low quality and more for 16 year olds then for grown ups!

Let's face it - she is an old lady and needs a complete makeover!

Next cruise certainly not with CARNIVAL> Bert & Elena

you could hear every day till 11pm the unbearable noise from the theater, no way you could sleep in peace and quiet. The service desk pretended "we never heard complaints" while the cabin stewards told us otherwise. We had to change the cabin ...........

Ship tip

no tips and no recommendation. You are better off with other ships this ship needs a complete overhaul it is a bit depressing with all the dark wood. The cafeteria is an example of very bad taste in decoration.

were we on the same ship? I thought the restaurant service was amazing.. as soon as I finished my first plate, my second plate was immediately placed on the table.. of course there are a few times when service could be better (like having more servers at the show.. didn't see her come by once during the show) but other than that.. bartenders were very nice, we had one make us a not so good drink and Josephine in the nightclub fixed it right away and literally put my husband to sleep lol

I promise I've been on 5 ships and this was the worst the others were wonderful! Try the Conquest I promise its better!

You should've taken the tour of the galley! You might've been a little bit more understanding of how it all works. I had nothing but good experience with the crew
