Review summary

The comedians in show room were AWEFUL. DONT WASTE TIME. Dive-in Movies had a POOR SELECTION. FOOD WAS TERRIBLE Pack a lunch or eat in port. the coffee, tea and lemonade machines were always BREAKING and NOT WORKING. NO EMPLOYEE Was willing to help.
************THE SOLICITING was out of control. from the contracted out MEARS Transportation from MCO the LADY driver was acting homeless and BEGGING for tips all the way to cape Canaveral. Tendering in and out of belize the boat drivers also were SOLICITING HARD because they knew you had no other option to get to and from belize without them. THANKS CARNIVAL you can really pick your OUTSOURCED companies.

Trying to get to Belize was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. To tender in you have to arrive in showroom 30 minutes prior. You are greeted by Jeff, Kyle and some female (No Name tag). They did NOT want to be there and did NOT want to be bothered by people and did not want to speak with you. They were wanting to discuss with each other there other job options in life and not carnival. They put on a movie with lots of PORN and sex in it with children present in showroom to buy the time. When trying to get off the ship we were LATE BIG TIME because belize officals didn't know we were coming and could not clear the ship . FINALLY when we were able to go, we had to go down 3 FLIGHTS of STAIRS (sorry if you were disabled carnival did not help those) DO NOT BOOK EXCURISON. you will not make it.

THE JAVA COFFEE BAR, BE PREPARED TO WAIT. EMPLOYEES are FIRST and cut in line with other employees and guest have to wait. With only one person working. They need to have a second employee or another location for guest. I had to wait more than 14 minutes to order a coffee.

It was probably a love scene (no nudity) and she freaked out like it was porn. Sigh. People will find anything to bitch about these days.

lololol. This is so funny. Everyone have a drink and chill out. We all have a bad day every once in a while even crew members. You never know what kind of morning someone else has had. No need to dwell on negative things. Your vacation is what you make it.

Wow! Some people are just unhappy people. I have been on many cruises with Carnival and have always been treated like royalty by all Carnival employees. we have also been to Belize with Carnival and had no problems tendering to the port. Maybe you should try another cruise line next time.

I'm sadden that the experience was bad, I hope that there was a cool off period before writing this terrible review. I experienced a bad cruise on carnival once but nothing like this. However, when someone complains about service look at the attitude express in the complaint. Clearly, there seems to be some issues with a person who would have to be so vulgar when expressing such a bad cruise.

This review took me forever to read because I couldn't help but slowly emphasizes all the randomly caps locked words in head lol! I think things went wrong, but I have a hard time believing that not one single employee was happy or helpful or willing to talk to a guest. 😕

i agree that cruising isnt for everyone and i feel bad for those people because i lovvvvve cruising! i still don't discredit their not so good experience though.

i just think its funny how we're so quick to judge someone for expressing their bad experience just because WE dont share that same sentiment. its unfair to do that. because if we could relate we'd agree but since we cant, we almost bash the person who hasnt had the best experience. for whatever their reason is, its valid to them. and that matters! just like our positive experiences make us want to keep cruising. thats all I'm saying :)

Wow! I've been cruising Carnival for years from Florida ports on various ships and we have never had a bad experience! Everyone has always been so helpful and kind. This comment really blows me away. As a matter of fact you sound kind if mean.

i agree that cruising is awesome! i love everything about it! however my point still stands. we have the freedom to express our thoughts and experiences on this cruise app, negative or positive. for whatever reason. hopefully you never have a bad experience but if you do maybe you'd be more empathetic toward the original poster. i hope their next time is better!

people are funny. just because YOUR experience was good does NOT make it okay for you to discredit the unfortunate experience of someone else. your feelings belong to you. and you only. same for other people. what/how they feel is valid, no matter how pleasing or displeasing. the fact is we all spend our money with or without certain expectations. and we have every right to express whether we are disappointed or ecstatic.

We have always enjoyed Carnival. It did take a while to get clearance from the port in Belize but that has nothing to do with Carnival.

I have my 8th Carnival cruise since 2008 booked. I have yet to have a bad cruise. Really, the only thing I can complain about is when it has to end.

Not sure which cruise you were on but mine on the valor was nothing like this. Not sure what your expectations were Our cruise was great. We also visited Belize and getting off was very easy. It's what you make of it.

this sounds just as bad as my cousin's first experience with carnival. on the breeze. she wrote to corporate and spoke to the top ppl at carnival. she was partially refunded her cruise fare & theyre practically begging her to cruise again. and she will NEVER!! i told her to stick with royal caribbean like me :)
