Review summary

We liked the ports on this cruise but wished there would have been one more stop for the price and length of the cruise.  It was a smelly ship for some reason.  Our balcony staterooms would smell like cigarette or cigar smoke intermittenly, the pool area had wafts of sewage smell and our dining room smelled like sour milk at the entry.  When the main pool started shooting brown stuff out of the jets and they had to evacuate I did not want my family back in it the rest of the cruise.

This was our least favorite out of 5 cruises our family has taken.  We were not able to get the flexible dining time so our 8:15 dinner cut into the entertainiment time.   The food in the dining room was not as good as our last Carnival cruise and they cut out being able to order espresso with breakfast in the dining room (you have to pay extra now).

Lots of smelly areas

Cabin / Stateroom

Fine except for the cigarette and cigar smell that would come in through air vents.

Oranjestad, Aruba

Wish we would have done something other than the palm island excursion. Not worth the $.

Bonaire, Netherlands Special Municipality

Took quick drive around Southern end, beautiful water and crazy to see the salt harvest. The "S" beach at the end was awesome but the food and bathroom facilities were not ready for the crowd

Grand Turk Island

Didn't make it past the beach right at the port. Beautiful but crowded with 2 ships. Free wifi at smoothie store in the port shops!
