The ports were amazing and we would totally recommend them! However, the ship was lacking a bit. We purchased Faster to the Fun and others in our group did not. We all arrived at the port together and they got onboard the same time as we did! We were able to get into our cabin before them to drop off our carry-on, but some of them received their luggage before we did (over 3 hrs later!). I nice addition to that item would be an express line to get off the ship at ports and get back on the ship.
Also, no more chocolates on the pillow :( An empty bowl in the bathroom? Perhaps for shower cap, lotions, etc. that Carnival doesn't provide anymore?
The biggest thing that my husband complained about was the fact that every evening at dinner he would have to ask to order a beer, then he would have to wait for a "beverage waiter" to show up. Our head waiter should of known that he wants a beer when he gets to the table and have the beverage waiter at the table shortly after. If you wanted a second drink you better order it with the first!
The comedy club was fun but the line to get into the room was all the way back to the casino and some people tried to budge the line by going around the other way near the elevators and then got nasty to a staff member that cut them off. There should be a roped area to enter any shows to avoid angry passengers.

The Serenity Deck was nice but hard to find a spot due to a lot of empty chairs with towels on them holding spots.
