Spring Cruise 2015

Your cruise director, Calvyn, was a hoot.  I'd say he MADE the cruise for our party of four.  We laughed and laughed at his banter -- both in the shows and in his announcements.  Our dinner servers were the nicest guys we've ever had.  Also, our room steward was the best.  We had an unhappy circumstance with our room -- no fault of the steward.  We complained and were compensated to our satisfaction.  The check-in process was much improved since our last cruise in 2006 as was the check-out procedure.  We were disappointed that the Captain was a no-show at his meet-and-greet but that was no big deal.  We'll never attend another in our dress-up garb.  Lesson learned.  The food everywhere on the vessel was great.  All-in-all, the good far outweighed the bad so we give you five stars and are now searching for a cruise to Alaska.

Next time will book a room on a higher deck. Too much clanging in the walls for sleeping and naps. Must have been air in the lines. We don't know what it was but it couldn't be fixed.
