Overall I was disappointed in the cruise I feel there should be more fun activities leading up to the ports instead of trying to sell everything under the sun. Also the food needs to be more available not just pizza. Pictures should be sold on packages instead of individual they are very very expensive and the way the ship presents them is extremely wasteful. The experience I had in this cruise has really made me leary to take another one.

The shows were good but conflicted with dinner schedules. Prior to the port visit all the shows during the day were to sell items in the ports. It would have been more enjoyable had the entertainment shows been during the day.

Dining staff was awesome, room steward was awesome, the rest of the ship personnel was not very helpful and some were quite rude. We were also given a card for tanzanite earrings at the Cozumel port and when we go there the place told us thru did not have them and gave us a selfie stick. I feel like Yolandi has dealings with these businesses to sell their jewelry and uses this type of thing to lore you there knowing they are not going to fulfill the offer.

To get to Paris dining room you have to go to the 5th floor and walk to the back of the ship and then go to the third floor
Did an excursion but there were people begging for money. While on the excursion people left us alone but when the excursion ended we were left to find our own way back.
This port was good but so many of the stores were just overwhelming with everyone trying to sell you something. My favorite place was the Mexican flea market. My mom and I went to mr sanchos and that was good but the water had some type of seaweed in it so we did not get in. The can ride back to the port was awful the driver was very rude and drove dangerously.
This port was horrible!!!! We took an excursion to Mérida and the constant barrage of people trying to sell us stuff was very off putting. I ended our excursion an hour and a half early because I was so turned off by people constantly trying to sell us stuff. I do not plan to visit here again
