Embarkation and debarkation was the easiest I've ever been through. Was a little chilly but not to bad. Movies were current. Food was great. Paradise beach in Cozumel was the BEST!
Embarkation

One of the fastest embarkations I've ever been through.

The tacos and burgers were amazing.
Onboard Activities

To chilly for the pools, the shows were mediocre as usual, the comedy show was great, the piano bar with Hannah was awesome. But my favorite thing was the awesome and funny photographers who not only helped me get my son to put his tablet down and take some great photos. But also Andy photo bombed the perfect shot. It was so funny we HAD to buy it.
Entertainment

Most of the DJs, bands, comedians, were great. However the Broadway style performances were mediocre. The sets, costumes, and special effects where great but the actual song choice for the singers voices and choreography was bad.
Children's Programs

They handled my 7 year old with PTSD, ADHD, and DMDD well and gave me a cell phone to call if he wanted me to pick him up or they had any issues with him.
Service and Staff

The room stewards were great. We had a cabin of 5 and 3 were under 14 so the beds always had clothes on them when they came. Yet they were like magicians who could change the linens and leave the clothes exactly how they found them. I was impressed.
Ship Quality

It's a smaller ship and even over the stabilizers you felt every sway. The layout made it difficult to avoid having to walk through dinning rooms to get from an elevator to another part of the ship. Its definitely out dated but they are renovating soon so hopefully they will fix that. Otherwise the ship was clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Plenty of room for 5 people, clean, and a good view. My only complaint is that it only had two electrical sockets and the whole wall went out on night 2. They fixed it quickly so it was only a minor inconvenience.
You can do an extensive tour if you book when you get to port for only $25 per person. We paid a little more for all inclusive drinks and food. They took us to the salt flats, mayan ruins, and technohotel. The beaches are not that great. Lots of sea weed and it stinks.
I enjoyed my two cruises on the Triumph last year. I enjoyed the shows but I am not too fancy on shows. I might have helped that I got to know five of the main show entertainers...
