The over all ship was clean...

Our room was very clean staff was on top of everything. The back up of the plumbing in our shower and bath was discusting ..this happened the first day, and smell of sewer coming from The drains in the room and in the hslls was awful.

Ship tip

If you run into an issue aboard, do not count on guest services to help. They ate useless . I have been in a customer service career for 15+ years and have never treated guest in the manor that the carnival guest services did also if a Tragedy arises please open your WiFi up to guests to contact family so at least you have family members know your ok ...and give guest info on if an excursion needs to be cancelled due to missing port...not your S.O.L
