Review summary

Will not book on the triumph again. If the next boat isn’t better for carnival, looks like I’m heading back to Royal Caribbean. I was not pleased at all with this trip.

Seems like they scraped the bottom of the barrel to find any old drunk with a guitar and a terrible singing voice

Old ship that has not been well maintained over last few years. Many broken tiles in pool area. Rust all over the boat, and carpets are stained like a frat house

Beds are old and worn out. Bath had stains on floor, shower, and toilet. Many missing tiles and rust in bathroom

Ship tip

Find a way to book on another ship. Carnival had really upped their game about ten years ago to compete with the better CruiseLines. Looks like they have gone back to garbage.

Go to the Silcer all inclusive offered by autoprogresso. It was nice and about the only place you will feel safe in this dirty little town

Triumph style ship is poorly designed. Did not like it. Trying the Splendor. Really enjoyed the imagination but In 1997. If Splendor not good going back to princess or Norwegian

Been on13 cruises , 3 different cruise lines. I'll stick with carnival. Just not the triumph . Did like it.

We always enjoyed Carnival... try Dream, Breeze or Magic. Those seem to be the best according to reviews.

Skydoc—there are better and newer ships with Carnival. Don’t give up on them yet!

tector—we did 2 Royal before trying NCL. Love them both, but really loved the Freestyle Cruising concept best!

I've been on a few carnivals and a few Norwegians and hands down Norwegian is the best!! Getting ready to go on Royal Caribbean to see what they have to offer.
