Review summary

Our last cruise on Carnival! The boarding process was (to put it bluntly) a major mess!! The repair work that had previously been work on was not a very craftsman quality workmanship ( wish I would have known I could have provided pictures). It seem the ships crew already knew they getting tips weather on not they acknowledged your needs so they never went out of there way to do anything for you, I ordered room service, when she arrived with the food I gave her a 10 dollar tip and asked if she could get some ice because we were out, she no she was to busy! I could go on and on, but I really don't have much favorable to pass on to you.

You do realize that the person delivering room service is not the same one responsible for getting you ice. Also, you truly did not know there were onboard activities? Did you not leave your cabin or even look at the daily newsletter or listen to the announcements each day?

Was on the triumph Sept 17th cruise and never had any issues with the staff. Room service was great and the process of getting on and off was great. I don't think you were on triumph..

Went in April....smooth boarding, room service delivered promptly. Everyone was kind and ready to help. Not sure what happened in your case.

Definitely not the Triumph crew I experienced this year. They were outstanding. The room service person never gets ice. You need to contact your room steward. Also Nola is rated very high for its boarding process. Are you sure you cruised he Triumph?

I was on this same cruise you "were" on. The embarkation process was great. Not sure of a major mess as you have put it.
