Review summary

Did not enjoy this year's cruise as much as last years. The ship was old and very worn. It was not good for a disabled person to get around.  The food was poor and mostly cold.  We could not get room service as they kept hanging up on us, The back pool only had the dome off on the last day which meant no fresh air.  The ship was awkward to get around.  The drinks were watery and they used very cheap rum....the prices of drinks was really high.  I don't believe we got our $50 credit from .  The staff was nice but in most cases very hard to understand.  This is my 4th Carnival cruise and I would not consider using them again in the near future.
