Nice Cruise, dated rooms

Sail Date: October 01, 2015

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The cruise was fun, the staff did as much as they could to make our trip first class.  A couple of negatives, one the dated rooms.  I think this ship is due for an overall the end of the year and it needs it.  The common areas were nice and clean.   Secondly, the disembarkation process was a  nightmare in both ports, so guessing the "Fire drill routine" is normal.

Cabin / Stateroom
The room was clean but dated--the 90's called and want their décor back. I am giving an average rating for that.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
The disembarkation in Cozumel and Galveston were a nightmare as it took over 45 minutes to get off in Mexico.
Ship Quality
Rooms were dated, but the common areas and such were kept clean and up to date.

The staff and their show most nights was great. Corina made our experience fun.
