Review summary

The ship could use some updating in the cabins and detail cleaning around the base boards along the the floors. The beds were comfortable and cozy! The room service was terrible!! I called for coffee it was almost 45 mins later before I got it and then she comes with no pen to sign receipt and no coffee cup to drink coffee. The food on the buffet at lunch was not good at all! I found that the food was only good at breakfast time! The portion at the dining room was a joke. The black passengers on the cruise were so rude. The cursed me one time and then when getting off ship at Cozumel they was cutting in line and cursing people with very bad names. Alot, of Homosexuals on the ship. I didn't find at all where this was a family friendly or to where a Christian person could really enjoy themselves. Don't get me wrong we like to have fun! But, some of the things that were considered fun on there wasn't fun to us. The comedian Shelia Kay had a mouth on her that wasn't appealing coming from a woman. I understand she is a Comedian but Good Gravy I mean come on. Everything that come out of her mouth just about was the F word. I think y'all should rethink y'all's entertainment just a little. Oh yeah, on the food, think more like American food in some cases when it comes to the buffet. You have alot of Americans on there. The coffee needs some flavored creamer on stand. Best part was the Married Show and Karokee!! Please, think about my comments and not think I am being ugly. We are a very family friendly couple and Christian's and I would not recommend this ship to anyone!!!

we met a classy black man at breakfast one morning and shared our cavetubing.bz plans. he joined my daughter and I on the Dream excursion in Belize. we had booked with the locals. he brought his wife and 7 others. we all had a blast. I got a free tee shirt and 3 locals that otherwise wouldn't have been employed that day were blessed with a chance to work. Mr duke and his family were excellent tippers. the guides were so appreciative. can you believe that this white Christian woman and her daughter felt truly blessed to have the opportunity to have met such a charming black couple àt breakfast buffet on the Carnival Dream October 1st 2015? You are robbing yourself of your own blessings by your fears that are manifest in racism.

@ trinalance I was a black passenger on the cruise and was not rule at all. I even met some new white friends. How about you say I met a rude black couple.. 😁

you are so correct. we were on the Dream last week and appreciated the diversity of so many people from all walks of life. I conversed and enjoyed young old black and white Christian and goth and was throughly impressed with all the interaction between our three generations in our cabin and the paths we crossed on the Carnival. I wouldn't want to change anything. I appreciate diversity as individuality and admir6e the bravery of those who follow their own path and wish the best for them always. no one is without sin and we all have to answer to a God

I guess my son and I should cruise seperarly. One of us is a Christian, the other an agnostic gay. I couldn't even IMAGINE how we could vacation if were anything but white. Next time just do a staycation in your home and watch PTL reruns.

We are a Christian family too and did this cruise last year. We found nothing wrong with the entertainment, it's meant for adults not families. We loved all the food and one of the best things about the options is you get a variety. Who wants to only eat "American" food all the time. And as for the homosexuals on the ship where would you have them go on vacation? They can be there too!
