Review summary

The Triumph offers a perfect blend of scheduled activities and down-time. My best friend and I were both taking our first cruise and we thoroughly enjoyed the shows, the food choices, and the pool area. Our favorite memories are of the employees who truly catered to us each and every day, making us feel special.

Ports of call

Progreso (Merida), Mexico

We didn't really have much time in this port. We were able to walk the beach, and our most repeated line was "No thank you" to the vendors who continually try to sell you something.

Cozumel, Mexico

Our snorkeling excursion was canceled due to rough weather. We hired our taxi driver to take us around the island. I would recommend this to all first-timers, because we were on our own schedule. We stopped when we wanted and stayed for as long as we chose at each location.
Don't Miss: The release of the baby sea turtles! We were able to help release them to the ocean. It was truly awe-inspiring.

Pros: Every cruise employee made us feel special.

Cons: The elevators were a hit or miss. We took lots of stairs!
