A Fun Cruise

Sail Date: August 28, 2010

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

Overall the ship was great. The problem was the agent had promised us an upgrade, but that did not happen. We told him, that we were on a honeymoon, he said something special would be in our cabin; it wasn't.

Pros: The activities, the food

Cons: Poor TV reception

The staff was helpful and extremely helpful, except on the last night and day. They couldn't be bothered. Ordering dinner took 15-20 minutes on the last night. On the last day, nobody smiles or greets you.
