Very nice vacation and experience. The boat was very rocky and there was a lot of kids. I had a good time and there was a lot to do but not enough time to spend on the islands.

Excellent. They gave us daily updates of activities under are door in writing. They kept us informed verbally through the passenger address system. Even the the incident the ship tilting was handle professionally: They corrected. They cleaned. They informed the passenger that they would keep us updated. They compensated with a credit. They updated in writing when the fault was found.. All in all I had a great time as a first timer and I will go with Carnival again just as soon as I can..

Started off with a flooded room that smelt horrible like mold. They places my luggage in a sopping wet floor and got it wet. They then separated my room from the room that was supposed to be next to my children. So I was on a different floor than my 9 month old and 9 year old. I then got moved to a room that had a broken ac the fridge was broken and I found stuff in the room from the previous guest as if the room had not been cleaned. Every time I called for maintenance they told me someone would come and the never would show up. This went on for 2 days. To add to the frustration the ship listed and was chaotic. to be separated during this time was terrifying! It was all around a terrible experience.

From boarding to a flooded cabin, to the boat tilting and then seperating my party onto 4 diff floors... dirty boat.. needs major work - although the director was super - I will not travel carnival again

Carnival food options are great and dining room menu choices are good if you order the right selections. Disappointed in preparation of menu items in the Italian restaurant. Shows in main theatre are not on a par with Royal Caribbean. Pools were very small.

This was a great vacation for me and my 2 sisters. We really enjoyed the port of calls and booked excursions for them to enjoy. There are so many activities to pick from when you are on the ship to make time pass by until the next port of call. We really enjoyed the whole experience of the Chefs Table and would highly recommend it! We were sad to miss our last port of call Gand Turks due to mechanical issues and leaving San Juan 6 hours later than we should have left. Over all it was a great time and action with my sisters.

Was unable to cost Grand Turk due to ship maintenance problems.

We really enjoyed this ship and the stops. We LOVED Puerto Rico!

Sunshine had some odor problems. Smell of sewage in water in shower and various parts of ship. The staff was phenomenal! Very hard workers. The ship was clean. Serenity deck was very nice, but needs bigger pool

Amazing trip, service was great. ship was more rocky so bring arm band and motion sickness medication just in case.

The Sunshine is a nice ship but could use some refurbishment.

The destinations were excellent. The ship has been used/abused. It had one more trip before it goes in dry dock for refurbishing. It should have gone in to dry dock long ago...

VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE OF ROOM. ALSO ,SODA PACKAGE A RIPOFF.. SAYS UNLIMITED SODA. ONLY CAN GET AT ONE OF THE BARS/ LOUNGES. BARTENDERS GAVE THE IMPRESSION THEY DIDNT WANT TO GIVE OUT SODA.

I have to do this again soon. My Marriott travel agent (Ada) was tops in preparing me for this trip and know what to do and expect.

in sunshine dinner daily each server is great !! while seems no body train that supervisor which looking like an indian guy and a tall guy who put menu board before dinner ....how to smile and how to speak to guests politely. train these guys pls.... they bring negative impact to sunshine dinner and to this boat.

Micky the cruise director was amazing. We loves him and he made the trip twice as amazing. The staff at camp carnival were amazing also we have a 3 year old and didn't leave him much but when we did we knew he was safe and he had a great time.

As always we had a great time on Carnival Sunshine,, it is one of my favorite ships..

Enjoyed myself for the most part besides the scare of the man off board incident. Ship needs upgrades and better food and entertainment choices.
