Review summary

Started off with a flooded room that smelt horrible like mold. They places my luggage in a sopping wet floor and got it wet. They then separated my room from the room that was supposed to be next to my children. So I was on a different floor than my 9 month old and 9 year old. I then got moved to a room that had a broken ac the fridge was broken and I found stuff in the room from the previous guest as if the room had not been cleaned. Every time I called for maintenance they told me someone would come and the never would show up. This went on for 2 days. To add to the frustration the ship listed and was chaotic. to be separated during this time was terrifying! It was all around a terrible experience.

Cruising isn’t for everyone! I’ve found even the most expensive lines have the same problems. I was behind a person that didn’t know room service soda wasn’t included in the Bubbles package and ran up over $100 in soda. I advise people who cruise the first time to be flexible and read everything you can!

They don't allow children to be in a room alone without someone over 21. This was there own doing.

Jenex I agree. I'm not sure why a mother would want a 9 month old in a separate room. Smh

Yea .. That is unfortunate but there's no way i would let them seperate me and my family. For the inconveince they should have upgraded you guys... But you should have demanded it. No way am i letting my kids sleep on a floor on their own. No way.

I taught it was a rule that anyone traveling with children under the age of 18 had to be in cabin right next to or across from them. why would cruiseline place such young children away from their parents in seperate staterooms on different floors.
