They gave us daily updates of activities under are door in writing.
They kept us informed verbally through the passenger address system.
Even the the incident the ship tilting was handle professionally:
They informed the passenger that they would keep us updated.
They compensated with a credit.
They updated in writing when the fault was found..
All in all I had a great time as a first timer and I will go with Carnival again just as soon as I can..
