Would cruise again. Entertainment exceeded in every was. Cruise director was funny, engaging and went well out of his way to make everyone welcome.

Mikey the cruise director said it good. It's not how nice a boat can be or how big. But it's l how fun cruise director is and how crew treat their passengers.

Disappointing service and food. Could not get into amber cove due to winds and currents, thought they could have done a better job entertaining us on the ship during the cancelled port call.

Had a great time on the cruise. I would sail on Carnival again. I would not book through . I did not find them helpful. They promised a cabin upgrade and 2 of our cabins were on deck 1. We were also promised on board credit and did not get any!! Next time I will book with Carnival directly.

Overall I loved the sunshine and would go back again and again ! The cruise director Mikey was on point very entertaining very engaging. I have nothing bad to say about my experience EXCEPT I had a room directly under guys burgers and thsts on the lido deck. I would STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST you booking under the lido deck it was hard to sleep. ** on the upside I made a complaint and was offered $300 in credit I really liked that. It helped with my drinking bill and internet package =)

We were "Rookies" this cruise but the experience was overall amazing and we are already looking into booking our next cruise!

Overall, a good cruise. It was a learning experience of things that I would do differently in the future. I can't stress enough how stressful our check in process was.

I did not have hot water during my entire cruise. That was my first cruise. Also I had to pay 100.00 for two umbrellas at the beach on Grand Turks Island . When later I was told that the Green umbrella were free. For a first time cruiser you should have had someone drone carnival Cruise lines explaining things like that two us. We also had a lot of kids running up and down the halls at night making it hard to sleep. Maybe we took the wrong cruise and that’s why we were not happy. We expected more and received less for out 20 th wedding anniversary. We thought that this would be very special but it was not that at all. I guess I expected more for my money and what I was told . So I don’t think Carnival will be receiving anymore of my money. I know this won’t make a difference but I’m just a hard working man who was not satisfied on this cruise.

only complaints are ship's layout is confusing, difficult. pools are not big enough for everyone.

not good ship for senior citizens, too crowded, food awful, nothing to do on ship for us except play cards and some games. could not get into pool or spa, always crowded, very small pool, 2 spas.

Amazing staff, food and activities - everyone was so accommodating - money well spent

This was our first cruise taking the kids and not having family on board to help. The kids program was awesome so me and my husband could have date night and alone time. The kids loves camp ocean and always wanted to go back. We had a great time at all our ports. It was a trip to remember

The food on Lido deck is marginal at best, very few choices and you will not gain weight on this cruise.

I would not booked through again. Janelle was the travel agent assigned. I could not get ahold of her initially so had to book through main number. When I finally reached her, she was suppose to link the account with family. The rest of my group received 50.00 onboard credit..I did not get the credit. Also, someone in my party was placed on the first floor and this was her first cruise ever. She thought she was on the 6th floor with her family. It was devastating for her. The boat was extremely rocky and prior to us boarding we saw on the news that the previous journey the stabilizer went out on the ship and it tilted. That is not good to see right before boarding. Also found out another Carnival ship tilted during our cruise..This company needs to evaluate all its ships. The fact that I was with family and friends made this trip enjoyable.

We loved the option of being very busy with activities or being completely relaxed and doing nothing on the liddo deck. The pools were way smaller than anticipated. There was such a variety of activities. the most memorable part of the ship was our dinner waiters Ihwounaddin Sanjaya and made! And mikey too. Staff was friendly always greeting you even if just passing by in the hall. Food was incredible loved the variety of options at dinner

I am looking to book the same cruise for next year

We had a great time on and off the ship. This was my kids first cruise and they loved it.

The cruise itself was good and the cruise director Mikey had a lot of great energy. We were disappointed by the day care services, food quality and the coffee shop times.
