Review summary

Had a great time on the cruise. I would sail on Carnival again. I would not book through . I did not find them helpful. They promised a cabin upgrade and 2 of our cabins were on deck 1. We were also promised on board credit and did not get any!! Next time I will book with Carnival directly.

The ship was 2 hours late letting us board. I got to sit down inside, but my husband and kids got stuck outside standing in the cold.
