loading was great! safety briefing was somewhat uncomfortable need a inside ship location with air and seating or at the least some fans blowing on you while outside. it was too hot to be standing outside for 35 min.

Spa cabin could have been a little bit more renovated, however it was always clean but needed new carpet and some fresh paint on walls and ceiling. Our steward Greg made the deference he was fabulous!
Ship tip
Try not to go in hurricane season. The sea can be very rough.
Private tour by MBtion Carlos took us all over the town and he knew all the sites and politics of PR and took us to a local restaurant that was great and affordable. He was amazing
