It was a very good trip, we regret that we had no chance to get to Puerto-rico thanks to the nature but we at the same time are very thankful to our captain who took care of our safety.

There was lane for check-in. It took about an hour from our arrival to the pier until we got in our room. Thel Check-in process itself was quick, easy and pleasant

Main dining room is great. There was same food choice for breakfast every day in the Lido Buffet. From 2:30pm until 5:30 sandwiches, panini, burgers and pizza were available on the deck 9.

All the Staff is very nice and fiendly. Our room steward (deck 6 fwd) was extremely helpful. Waiter Jan in the Sunrise restaurant provided excellent unforgetful service. We are very thankful to Alexander- the bartender at the Sport Bar at deck 5 and to Sean who conducted sports trivia almost every day. It was a pleasure to spend time there
Port is a beatiful place. Beaches are great, stores are good. We did an excursion which was ordered from the ship. The guide was knowledgeable, but the cost for person $64.99 did not meet our expectations: the sightseeing excursion was supposed to last for 2 hours 25 minutes. 50 minutes from that time frame was a free time to be spent at the stores.
Beautiful island. We did a sightseeng excursion by the taxi (for 10 people), paid only $20 per person. The driver conducted unforgetful excursion, showed us the whole island, gave many historical facts, he talked for more than an hour giving us different kinds of information. This excursion was better than those provided by the cruise ships
