Review summary

Great cruise with a great crew. Everything was taken care of from top to bottom. Every crew member was kind and accommodating. Will cruise Carnival again!

Embarkation

The New York Port was a mess. They had you get in line just to wait at each checkpoint. A lot of people standing around and many workers were rude. We experienced one superior yelling at another worker right in front of us and then physically dragging her away to continue to berate her. The superior was misinformed as the worker was kind and doing exactly what she was supposed to.

Lots of fun things to do. We spent a lot of time in the serenity area as well as Ocean Plaza.
