Review summary

Cruise would have been more enjoyable if the rep from put us mid ship and in a quiet area as i requested. My entire party of 12 is very disappointed in this service. We had many sleepless nights because of this. I utilized this service because i assumed they would have better knowledge than me about this ship. Other than my issue with and my stateroom, I would say Carnival Cruise was good.

Very tight for a balcony room. Bathroom had bad odor, could be cleaner.

Ship tip

Do not get a room on 6th floor foward deck. There is a dance club on deck below, you will be up all night from the loud music. should have advised me of this. I requested a mid ship balcony room in a quiet area. Instead, i got a foward ship room over a dance club. This is the last time i ever use this service for booking a cruise. My family didnt get any sleep for 8 days!
