Review summary

This was my eighth cruise. It was an 8 day cruise. I was so excited about the itinerary. But let me tell you, the food was awful. The Guy's Hamburger's was the best food on the ship. Some of the dinning room food was good. But the buffet was horrible lunch and breakfast. The fruit consisted of canned peaches along with fresh cantaloupe and honeydew. I never saw fresh pineapple on the line. For an omelet, you had to go to the back of the boat and then to the main buffet area for your hash browns, bacon and such. There were never enough pool chairs. The entertainment was sub par. The comedy club was good. The staff was friendly. Oh, and did I mention I lost 6 pounds on this cruise?

No fresh Pineapple! Oh my goodness. Your review is inaccurate. Carnival has many fresh fruit options and I have been on 11 cruises.

The Sunshine is a wonderful ship. With 6-8 different places to eat you could have found something to your liking But maybe not. You have even got a frown on your face in your picture. I don't think anything, other than a refund, would have made you happy!!

I alwaysssss gain weight on a cruise. I guess i don't have high standards because I love pretty much everything they offer. I have been on Carnival and NCL going on RCCL soon. Can't imagine loosing weight unless your sea sick I guess!!!! I'm 120lbs and I feel like 200lbs by the time we are done LOL

Dam!!! The fact that you lost wieght on a cruise speaks volumes about the food. Nobody should ever lose wieght on a cruise. Lol
