We had deck 2, we just poured some water down the drain & It helped. I was prepared & brought sticky air freshener 😊 from Walmart for .68!

Most of the septic smell that I have heard of is on decks 5 an below. I have smell it once on 5, out of the 3 time I been on the sunshine/ destiny.

We just got off ship on the 21st. We had cabin 8247. There was no septic smell anywhere that we went. Our cabin and steward was wonderful. The ship was very crowded, as it was a sold out Valentine cruise. It was very windy most of the trip, therefore a lot of rocking on the ship. Hardly any rain though. The dining room was a little slow but the food and waiters were very good. Have a great time!

What cabin were you in? We are going April cabin 8301! We are curious. What was wrong with the billing so we can be on the look out for our bill?
