Review summary

This was our 5th cruise, but our first with Carnival. We had a blast! The ship was beautiful & clean. There were lots of great places to eat and drink - i think we tried almost all of them! There was plenty of great entertainment. We made lots of new friends at the Sports Pub. We enjoyed movies & pop corn on the big screen every night, followed by fun in the casino. The water slide was lots of fun! And on lazy days we thoroughly enjoyed the Serenity deck. We were very pleased with Carnival and look forward to another cruise next summer!

On days that we had early excursions we planned ahead to order room service for breakfast so that we could get ready and leave quickly.

We didnt do anything special in Port Canaveral, but the cruise port is nice & well organized.

When we go to Cozumel we always go to Nachi Cocum for the day. We love it!

Belize City, Belize

Belize City is dirty and dangerous. We hired a local company to show us around. Went to a rum company, saw the city, and then ate lunch at a great little place away from the city. But if we went there again i would just stay on and enjoy the ship.

Mahogany Bay, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

Beautiful! Tropical! Went zip lining through the jungle. Saw beautiful plants, trees, and animals. Went to a small zoo. Shopped for crafts from locals. Enjoyed the local beer and very nice people.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

There was one Mayan ruin within walking distance. Other than that, this port was a very touristy shopping area.
