Poor Customer Service on the ship and one swimming pool for 3,000+ passengers...what? The service is lacking big time. Excellent destinations, but horrible service on the ship. The dining, was nothing better than your typical Golden Corral Buffet restaurant. Room steward did nothing special only the bare minimum. One pool for 3,000+ passengers. Give me a break!!! The employee moral on the ship is sad. Tells me there is poor management.
