We had this restaurant 2x on our cruise. The first time, things went beautifully! Service was great, food came out quickly, etc. The second time, however, was a mess. Service was subpar and food took absolutely forever. Not sure why things changed so drastically between 2 nights, but they did.

We had an aft balcony. Our first time trying those! Well, turns out we didn’t love the location. You get very little breeze (since it’s on the back) and no chance of people-watching at ports! Glad we tried it, but won’t do it again. Otherwise, the room was fine and the steward was wonderful!
