My family and I enjoyed every day of the cruise. I would recommend this cruise to my friends and family.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
The embarkation process was smooth. I took the option to take my bags off with me instead of sending them throught the bag pick up. This worked out extremely well.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
While the food was filling, there was a high salt content. The menu in the dining room seem to be the same every evening. Not much of a variety, especially for a vegeterian. The buffets offered much more of a variety and was the better place to put together a meal that had a greater variety.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
I enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and gym. These activities were great.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The entertainment was top of the line. Real great planning and preparation on this piece.
Children's Programs
5 out of 5
My grandson became aware of the kids activities late into the trip, but he enjoyed the time he spent at CO2 club.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Room Service staff was excellent. We had Joenatan and Chris from the Phillipines. They did a wonderful job cleaning the room and addressing all requests. The dining room staff Hendri and Jaka from Indonesia were extremely courteuos and made dining a pleasurable experience when I dined there.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The ship was alway clean. There were service/cleaning crew constantly cleaning the walls, banisters, elevators, etc.-every day.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Cabin was kept clean, the size was ok, but the bed was a bit too narrow for a single person to sleep with extreme comfort.
Ship tip
Go to all the event. Be sure to hang out with the Flying Irish Man-Chris! You will have fun at all of his events.
Old San Juan was excellent. We had a tour of new and old San juan and also go to visit the beach. I loved every minute of my visit to Puerto Rico. The time on land should be longer.
I took the Outback excursion-it was excellent. I love that they fed us and had drinks right through the tour. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgable of the island customs, etc. Visiting the family plantation and getting to experience the life of the locals was eye opening. The only draw back to this trip was the visit to the beach. The Atlantic was roaring, as usual, making it hard to get a good swim.
