Ship tip

8 days is way too long and if there is a loud family around you, call security. We didn't but someone did and we didn't hear a peep for the rest of the cruise!

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata), Dominican Republic

Dominican Republic was a tourist trap. The cruise lines made the village for us to shop. My husband wanted to buy a book or magazine. There was none on the ship nor in the DR "town". Do an excursion if you go there. The "town" isn't worth it!!!! They want you to spend your time in the casino!
