Overall food was good when you could actually get it. Lido 9 sucks, sunshine was great. Ports are amazing I would go for this only. Camp ocean was horrible. Dont book anything until you know they can handle you toddler. Which if they cant handle mine I'm pretty sure they won't be able to handle much.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
The service was great in the sunshine dining room because of them I give a 4 however, the buffet was disgusting. My husband got sick and I had tummy aches for 3 days, had to drink a ton of chamomile tea, which isnt free. There were so many flies up on the lido. There were always long lines. So crowded. I never experienced this on other cruise ships.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
The kiddie slide and some of the camp ocean activities were good. However, I feel like there wasn't a lot to do but lounge and wait on long lines to eat. By the way I had a horrible experience at camp ocean. My just turned 3 year old was kicked out and I had to cancel couples massage, facial due to this. The camp director and some of the counselors were horrible and not genuine or kind. How can you be that way towards a toddler? Just horrible. Not everyone there were some nice counselors but the main people in charge are the worst. I would NEVER go back nor would I recommend anyone to go back. Those people need training.
Entertainment

I enjoyed this part of the evening. The flying Scott's man works his rear off. He is the life of that ship. The shows were also great my little guy loved them. I could go to a few due to tummy aches but, the ones we saw were great.
Children's Programs

Terrible my son was kicked out and I had to cancel several activities we had booked at the spa. Their attitudes are unsympathetic and they have no training whatsoever on how to handle children who are struggling to share. One even had the never Ms. Strawberry to tell me my son is developing social skills very slowly. How offensive. Well she is an adult who supposedly went to school and has no clue on how to work with toddlers. The camp director is arrogant basically my whole trip was ruined because of this. My son just turned 3 when directed with love he can share. If they knew he was struggling with this keep him closer to you. He listens if you talk to him, he actually does want to share he is just learning how to. Ughh such a horri le experience.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Room service, sunshine crew, performers and the flying Scott's man amazing. Lido was horrible, I mean just horrible. Not to compare but I must because I'm an experienced cruiser. Other ships buffets are clean, quick and they have servers getting you water drinks, cleaning. I think I saw one waiter up there. Tables were always stacked and dirty. I had to remove dishes myself several times and clean tables. Lets put it this way after cruising for 6 years this one left a sour taste in my mouth so.much that I dont think I will cruise for a while. So sad.
Ship Quality

Certain parts were great others were not. Lido 9 was a disaster.
Cabin / Stateroom

Chris was amazing. Always kept the room clean and works so hard.
Teach your 3 year old better manners and maybe he would not have gotten kick out. If he bit another child or hit another child I understand if he was kicked out. My 2 year old knows how to share.
