Review summary

Went on the splendor to celebrate my sons 10th birthday. Had such a great time with our family. Service was awesome and food was delicious!

Embarkation

The parking garage closes until about 12:30pm. Don’t be early if you plan on parking cuz they won’t let you in. It’s very confusing and frustrating.

Food and Dining

Food in the dining room in fantastic. Definitely worth dressing up. Sea day brunch also is awesome. Buffet lines weren’t too busy most of the time. The Mexican fiesta late night buffet was so good!

Onboard Activities

Lots to do. Pools were fun and refreshing. Not super crowded. Slides and splash pad were easy to get to as well.

Entertainment

Shows are top notch. Comedy club also a hit.

Service and Staff

Staff is so friendly. Everyone went out of their way to talk to my two year old niece. One of the dining attendants even had my older boys help her do the baby shark dance for my niece. So adorable.

Ship Quality

This ship is not In disrepair as others have commented. I was on the pride last year and it was in way worse superficial condition than the splendor. It certainly is pink though.

This cabin was awesome. Balcony could have fit at least 20 people. Room was nice and spacious.

Had FTTF so it was a breeze. Only annoying thing is they have you wait on the black pearl and it was only accessible from one side, doors were closed and locked on the other side.

Good to know 19 more sleeps till we head to LA then onto Vegas then back to join the Splendor for 24night cruise from Long beach to to Singapore... glad you enjoyed your cruise and experience.. was the Matrde in the MDR Dessi ? Ta
