Review summary
We've had many enjoyable cruises on other cruise lines. Carnival was the most unorganized bunch of people we have experienced. They need to get friendly, helpful people at the front desk and also with Excursions. They were not helpful and acted very uncaring. When we were disembarking, asked for a wheelchair for my husband and never got one. He had to walk the entire distance while suffering from a heart condition and recovering from Chemo, radiation and surgery. They seem to have 'NO' system whatsoever. After asking for our flight times, and flight numbers, they were totally ignored when disembarking. We were just more cattle being unloaded and nearly missed our flight. If we didn't already have a Carnival cruise booked and paid-for in January, this would have been our last!Embarkation
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
The Gold Pearl Restaurant
Our servers, June and Shimrie were excellent. They deserve a promotion. If it weren't for them, there would not be many good memories of this trip. The food was mostly very good. The lobster was a little overcooked, but good. The steaks were not always the best, but good. We felt that there were many 'recycles' on the menu, but overall, the food was good.
