Overall, really enjoyed the cruise. I loved using the HUB App, it made everything so much easier, you could literally look up everything including menus, times of shows, map of the ship etc. I was very disappointed in the food in the main dinning room probably the worst I've ever had on a cruise.
Embarkation

We got there early, the line moved quickly however apparently we were should have been given a card to indicate when they would call us but we didn't get one. At first we were told to just have a seat and wait but then I spoke to another person and they told us to get in line which we did, got our picture taken and we moved on to the ship. Probably the fastest I've ever gotten on a ship and I've taken many cruises.

Buffets were great but the food in the main dining room was not up to par compared to my other cruises. We had your time dining which I loved except for the wait, many nights it was over 1/2 hour wait. Service was very slow most of the time until we had Adnan and he was quick and very good. Pizza was great!!

I was very disappointed in the shows, there were no main liner performers. I can't say my Granddaughter or I cared for any of the shows in the main theater. However we really enjoyed Percy Cruise II, he was excellent, we saw all of his shows and loved them all.

Cabin / Stateroom

The room itself was a decent size, however we were just below the Lido deck and we kept hearing doors slam shut and furniture scraping (chairs?) on the floor. That was awful! Otherwise the cabin location was great, close to the buffet and pool. Need more hooks in the room and more outlets, one outlet is ridiculous. VERY IMPORTANT, you need to put a grab bar in the shower, all ships rock & roll and it is very easy to fall especially in the shower.
Ship tip
Bring an extension cord so you have more than one outlet.
We did the ATV & Beach Excursion, the ATV part was excellent however the beach was the pits. It needs to be reviewed as there was a "quote" pharmacy there selling drugs!! Really!! The water was dirty, the beach was over crowded, people were all over trying to sell you something, they wouldn't leave you alone. That part should either be dropped or go to a different beach.
We did the snorkeling on the private island. . . It was GREAT! The guides were excellent, they pointed out fish and other things in the water, the island was beautiful and clean. Great Excursion.
Loved, loved, loved the Zip Line/ Suspension bridge excursion. The guides were great, very personable and interactive. One of the best zip lines ever, especially the superman one!
