Overall we were very satisfied with our first cruise. We hope to be back soon!
Embarkation

Overall, our cruise was amazing!!! My fiance and I were first timers and are already itching to book another. We loved all the ports of call especially Belize and Roatan. We enjoyed the abundant of activities on the ship especially the shows, piano bar and comedy. The food was hit or miss but we never went hungry. Our expectation was definitely higher though. When we book again, this will be something we will do more research on.

Food and Dining

The buffet was just okay - the breakfast was repetitive and often cold. The Gold Pearl breakfast was awful and we only ate their once because of it. I ordered two things and sent both back for being soggy and dry. I ended up just having the cheesecake which was good. The Black Pearl Dinning Room was pretty good. We ate there every evening and enjoyed our anytime dining. We LOVED our server, Arris and gave him a big tip at the end. I even cried saying bye to him. He was a highlight of our dining experience. The food on the other hand was hit or miss. Some meals were 9/10 while others were between a 4-6 however we did not go hungry.
Onboard Activities

There was always something to do. We never got bored!! I found the party atmosphere went downhill towards the last day of the trip where as they should have continued the deck party on the last night (go out the same way you came on the ship).

The layout and design were good. The tables on lido deck were often still covered with other peoples food. I would encourage more staff on that deck to clean more often.
Was disappointed with this port. It was dirty and expensive. We enjoyed the hop on, hop off tours but there was a lot of miscommunication between the map and the workers (i.e. we didn't go to Little Havana but was only told one stop prior).
We did an excursion to Rendezvous Caye which was the highlight of our trip. We were so isolated which was a good reality check for us. We enjoyed great snorkelling, sun tanning and good music. Would definitely do this again!
We did the Gumbalimba Park excursion. Loved the authentic experience we got on our tour bus to the park by learning about the culture. Also enjoyed holding parrots and having monkeys climb all over us (got some awesome videos). Thoroughly enjoyed port shopping here. No one was pushy, everyone had different things, etc. Overall, loved this port!
